Good Afternoon. I went to Pizza Hut this evening for a Pizza. And some friends and to watch the game, it took them forever to bring my food and when it finally came, I had a Pizza. And chicken and mojos, the Pizza they might as well have served me the cardboard box cause I couldn't tell the difference between the 2 nor the taste difference. I wouldn't suggest it no one go there. Patronize them at all. The Pizza looked like it had been sitting up under the lights or something. And it shouldn't have took that long to put the Pizza together. But it took them forever. So I wouldn't suggest anyone go there

Looks like Pizza Hut is starting to do good stuff with their pizza now especially their pasta Alfredo. Very good quality very good. Taste better than Domino’s sorry Domino’s.

I ordered online for pickup at the location. I went in and asked for my order. I was told they see no order under my name. I told them I was charged for a pizza and again told no order existed and asked was it for their location. I realized I forgot my phone, went back home to get my device. Upon walking back into the restaurant , there was a sign around the door area that was on the floor that said “cash only”. I walked up to the counter and showed them my Pizza Hut confirmation along with the email from my bank showing they charged my card. They said their system was down and can’t see my order. I asked if they can make the pizza since I was charged for it. I was told I would have to pay cash for a new one and that they can’t go by my electronic info since their system was down. I was not going to pay for another pizza when charged for one. They would not budge and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I told them, they have now lost me as a customer, no comment from them. I told them that they needed to put something on the website so no additional orders are taken by the system and customers go through this. I went home and called my bank to take charges off, which they did.

We came to order a pizza before going to the movies... We do not, do not, do not, drink soda.. I asked the gentleman behind the counter with a lot of hair. A bigger gentleman.. for 2 water cups.. He said we don't have water cups... I said, okay.Can I have two plastic cups? Ok we can get some water... He says, unfortunately, no, we can't let you drink water.. WHAT!!!! THAT'S JUST CRAZY!!! I DOUBT IF WE WILL EVER GO TO ANY PIZZA HUT AGAIN.. I JUST CAN'T WRAP MY HEAD AROUND THEM, NOT LETTING YOU HAVE WATER.

After over 50 years Pizza Hut hasn't lost it. The taste, sauce, breadsticks. I love Pizza Hut. I have tried different Pizza places but I always go back to Pizza Hut. It's Nostalgic and attached to my memories when I was a teenager. Thank you for not changing

I've only met one or two Pizza Hut I wasn't happy with during my travels. This would be a sad sad moment in time and rarely have a home base store to dictate as my own. No one knows my name but if you see me you'll never forget me. This brick and mortar location was happy to deliver but not to my parking lot. So off I go to pick up my pie. I will be more than pleased to give this a 4 star review. I probably should do five, okay why not? I'm changing my stars to straight Fives! There is literally zero respect for being a Pizza Ninja, so this is for the unsung heroes of Pizza Hut. Thank you for the pie.
Vegetarian options: Options to make most dishes and pizza veggie. BUT if you're straight vegan ,no because they cook meat there and don't have designated pans for no meat only.
Dietary restrictions: Speak loud and clear, they will do what they can.
