Why the low ratings? It's a darn good sandwich...nobody can deny that. The service was great and the girl working today deserves recognition... happy, efficient and smiling. No drive through so that's a bummer but I just went inside like a normal person. Outside is a bit rough with some sketchy looking guys hanging around so maybe that's why the low ratings?

This place is god awful and slow. Charges $.40 per sauce. I am not surprised when folks go out on the workers here. Stay away!!!! Not good customer service. Bad location. No drive thru.

I haven't been to Popeye's in a while, but their spicy ghost pepper wings are surprisingly delicious. It seems like they've improved the recipe because even the macaroni and cheese has a different taste like it home made Mac and cheese, but equally fantastic flavor. The customer service was excellent, and the food was fresh. It really made my day, and I'll definitely be returning for more of those ghost pepper wings, and Mc and cheese. I did use a coupon for order 10.99 wings, tenders, 2 sides and 2 biscuits

$11.99 for a 5 piece strips,2 sides and 2 biscuits. Out of all 5 strips maybe there was 1 and a half worth of strips and they weren't strips but bits,and pieces of MOSTLY BATTER too hard to bite. The biscuits weren't cooked enough, raw!And the coleslaw smelt like pure vinegar and mushy... not crisp like cabbage should be.This was supposed to be our meal for our 40th Anniversary as I am bedridden and we are Seniors on a small income. When my Husband called the Mgr doesn't talk to you...no one says they are sorry ... and said to drive all the way back for only "2"strips!!! I would have given a half of star but they didn't have one... but Won't Come Back to Be Ripped Off Again...SEE YA...

Maaaan I had not eaten all day and had a coupon for a two piece meal. Everything in the meal WAS OLD. Hard and dry from the fries down to the biscuit.all hard and dry. Chicken was same. The best thing was tHE STRAWBERRY FANTA?Food just sitting on warmer’s WELL PASSED THE REGULATED TIMES. I’m positive. Utilize timers and train employees on OSHA. Never coming here again. ?
