I haven't been to Popeye's in a while, but their spicy ghost pepper wings are surprisingly delicious. It seems like they've improved the recipe because even the macaroni and cheese has a different taste like it home made Mac and cheese, but equally fantastic flavor. The customer service was excellent, and the food was fresh. It really made my day, and I'll definitely be returning for more of those ghost pepper wings, and Mc and cheese. They're severely understaffed. If you order online it might automatically tell you that your order is ready but it's likely not because we went there we waited 15 minutes. It's not staffs fault. It's the company fault. They need more

Why the low ratings? It's a darn good sandwich...nobody can deny that. The service was great and the girl working today deserves recognition... happy, efficient and smiling. No drive through so that's a bummer but I just went inside like a normal person. Outside is a bit rough with some sketchy looking guys hanging around so maybe that's why the low ratings?
