All three items I ordered online were incorrect. Service was very slow in the drive thru, and there was several minutes of confusion as they tried to give me someone else's order. Considering I paid extra for some parts of the order, I'm very disappointed.

The night shift manger Eddie refuses to do custom orders. He said he doesn’t do the tik tok trends. I think that is peer laziness and bad for business if the “tiktok” trend is bringing business and is something you guys can do with no problem…why is it a problem? I will be making a formal complaint to corporate in the morning.

Went through days in a row through drive-through at about 8pm. All three days they said “system is down we are not taking any orders” meanwhile there’s people inside ordering on the tablet or sitting a meal

Came in Sunday 1:20pm two people on staff, and about 25 customers in and out of the restaurant let me tell you between the cook and the manager they feed us all and made us happy. Everyone got their orders these folks worked their butts to get it all right. I was impressed . Friendly , proffesional and knowledgeable. What an amazing team . Thank k you for your service.

Stopped by the drive thru to grab something to eat before my job interview. Ordered my usual $5 combo during happy hour. Bean and Cheese Burrito, Spicy Potato Soft Taco and Medium Baja Blast Soda. Team member Chino was kind, patient and efficient. Food was out in less than 5 min and delicious! Will be back for sure. Thank you Chino! 🌯🥤🙏🏼

I haven't been to Taco Bell in years. I was surprised that the food was pretty tasty, or I was extremely tired. Could have been both! It was very late night about 1:30 AM. The staff was very friendly. I'll go back again.

I have never done a food review because I usually find no point in doing one but this was so bad I had to. Manager is horrible, food was cold and inaccurate, and I saw people leave because the staff took too long to attend them inside. I ordered extra meat in my Crunchwrap and it had less than comes in the regular one. The regular worker was nice but again the manager was simply not a good person. Don’t come here.

I got sick eating the Mexican pizza. It tasted like it was cooked in old rancid oil. I got home and called the restaurant and complained. They apologized and had me drive all the way back to get a new one, only to get a second one taste the same. It was so horrible and I was sick for days. I called corporate to complain. They never called back or gave my money back.

I will NEVER eat here again.
