Fortunately, a lady on the counter was nice.I haven't been Wetzel's Pretzels before. I even didn't know what pretzel was.... She told me about their menus nicely and provided a good service.A dip source of jalapeño cheese is good. Plain pretzels are also good. Its texture is like a bagel.I hope they keep their good services for good.

They're never consistent with the food. It all depends who's there at the time you visit. I went there once and my pretzel was so burnt I had to call the manager on the phone. Another time the food was great. If only the quality of the food stayed the same. Never consistent!!!!

This place NEVER has the bites, whether it be pizza, hot dog, cina-bitz, if they're out they tell you "we didn't make any today" Well take it off the menu for the day then! Worst customer service ever! Definitely not coming back.
