We waiting in the drive thru for 22 minuets at the window, people were honking. My ultimate burger was room temp so not too sure what the wait was for & had asked for extra mayo & the burger came so dry with a drop of mayo one bun & nothing on the other, im down with an ankle injury so my teenager went imside for me to get a side not a packet & they said to her “ we cant take the burger back unless were making a new one only” but didn’t offer to take it back make it fresh...read full review
