Cancelled our order without notifying us. When we called to find out why it was cancelled they claimed they called us (which they did not) and then hung up on my husband when he was asking if the money was going to be refunded back to our account.

The pizza was very fresh and delicious, you can see that the workers are very clean and tidy when doing their job. I asked for my order in English and asked if there was anyone who speaks Spanish and there are 2 very handsome, attentive and kind workers who are Jesse and Hazel. I recommend coming to this pizza hut 100%

Excellent customer service. The young lady, Reagan, from the Castaic store was a delight. My pizzas were exactly as I ordered them , in a timely manner, served up piping hot! Pizza Hut has officially stepped up their game!
Vegetarian options: They have a nice selection of veggies for your pizzas.
Parking: You can park right in front of the store, they will even walk it out to your car.

Food is always good and hot plus there is usually a tasty special. The stuffed crust is a favorite at our house. Staff is excellent polite and professional. There is no dining area but there are some outside benches/picnic.
