I love this bakery! The food is always delicious, and they go above and beyond with the portion sizes. The Arabic tres-leches style cake and the jalapeño & cheddar bread are my favs. The only frustrating thing is that they only have 1 item available for GF eaters and that's sold out every time I go. Fortunately I don't have celiac disease, so even though it does affect me negatively, at least I'm still able to enjoy a small treat every once in awhile and pay the price later. Hoping they'll expand their GF menu soon, and that they'll be nice enough to include a variety of baked goods, (preferably some items that don't contain chocolate, unlike their GF choc chip cookie). I don't know what it is about people who offer GF baked goods that they seem to think we all enjoy eating stuff with chocolate in it. Some of us are very sensitive to chocolate. Regardless, their food is delicious and definitely worth giving a try. And for me, knowing that it's also halal is the icing on the cake.

The $12.95 Dubai croissant was totally worth it. The dark chocolate kataipi coating with the pistachio filling was amazing! every bite felt special. The Baklava croissant is popular too, but the ginger flavor was a bit overpowering for me, which kind of took away from the pistachio taste.

Bake It Up is a true treasure in the East Bay. All of the baked goods are made to perfection with the best ingredients and lots of love. If you know what you like, you will find it here or they will do their best to make it for you.
We tried the cupcakes and they were delicious! The Nutella one has such light fluffy icing and it's not too sweet!
Turkish delights were fantastic as well.
It's a cute place! There are a lot of drinks options too. We will have to come back another time to try them.

Really fast service to get my absolutely fantastic Arabic chai and savory cheesy mushroom danish. Both very flavorful, and the chai was clearly made with fresh spices. You won't regret coming here for a quick and delicious breakfast. Can't wait to try their Arabic leche.

The owner is super kind, very welcoming, and proud of her shop. I love tiramisu, so whenever I see some it’s a must to try. Usually I’m disappointed and it’s not even real tiramisu. This was not the case here, it was amazing, The espresso, the salty tangy cream, with the cocoa powder just perfection. I tried it the first time yesterday, and had to go back for another today.
