I ordered five fried eggs on a bagel but instead they gave me scrambled eggs instead. It’s also so overpriced

Flies everywhere and I usually don’t get so picky but my bagel cream had a massive hair in it and I was so grossed out I puked.

Great staff! The bagels were really inconsistent and dry. Plain was like a 3-star, everything else I didn’t like. Mini muffins were a little better
Everything was just a bit underwhelming.

Fantastic Yummy Muffins! Perfect for birthday parties. Love this place ;)
Im becoming hooked on the bagels and the coupon doesn't help. I dropped by this morning and the owner was there. We spoke for awhile and he's s a great guy. Prices are reasonable and service is always great!

The mini muffins are cute and very tasty :D I got one of the breakfast sandwiches and a couple of them.Staff was very diligent and helpful
My father and I walked into the store about 15 minutes before it closed (3pm) on a Wednesday. We were immediately told to leave because they were closed. A guy was picking up and getting ready to leave. I tried to ask why they were closing early but he just proceeded to ignore us. Obviously this was an employee and not the manager or owner. When I asked one more time the employee proceeded to raise his voice obviously not wanting to work until 3. This kind of ruined our day.
Ordered 5 bagels and a muffin. Spent 28 dollars with tip. Upon driving home, we realized 2 items were missing from our bag. Already 15+ min away, we decided it wasn’t worth turning around. I tried calling to see if they could just process a refund for the two items that were missing but nobody answered. After the fourth attempt, I gave up. We still left a voicemail so we will see if we get a follow up, but at this point after eating the bagels that we did have, we are pretty disappointed with the quality and will just not return. Posh bagels is just down the road. Big Apple bagels are overpriced and flavorless, with a somewhat stale after taste and little cream cheese. We lost out on trying their muffins, which looked delicious, since the gal working forgot to put those in our bag, but it is what it is.
Great bagels. Good selection of breakfast sandwiches. They also have other baked goods.
