Costumer service sucks , the employees see m like they don’t know what they’re doing , takes super long to get food . Charges for ranch even if you order nuggets this place sucks .
Two weekends in a row, I drive up to the burger king by my house and they say their systems are down at 1130pm. I look over at their screen and everything looks good to me. I call out the lady at the window today and she says she is going to call the cops on me. Okay, I better take my business to McDonalds. She said she was the manager and she had my license plate. Great, have the cops come by my house for eating McDonalds instead of Burger King.
I don’t know why I keep coming, but consistently the drive thru is horrible!!!!! They take FOREVER just to talk. Iv sat for i timed 5+ min and watched as 2 employees talked on a brake outside. a this min and 6 other cars waiting just to get the first guys order! This place needs more employees. Or at least a always available drive thou worker
