What happened to the service level at this place? I needed a place to take a few business calls. My coffee was served dripping and I was interrupted 3 times in a 1 hour span while on calls. There was no remorse for interrupting.

Cafe 4 has such great views and space to work. I often work from home so I lose out on the sense of community vibe. I go to Cafe 4 to work on my laptop and grab my cup of dark mocha or vanilla chai. It's nice to see the view and chit chat with other folks working or just chilling at the cafe. During the holidays the three crosses church have a Christmas event for the month of December with local food trucks, shops, ice skating, and a train (free!). We go multiple times and stop by the cafe for warm drinks and their amazing fresh ginger bread cookies. It feels magical with their Christmas decor and we just love coming back.

The best and most beautiful cafe i’ve ever been to - tall ceilings, great views, lots of natural light, house made almond milk and so much space to get some work done or sit with a friend! Forever grateful that I found this spot!!

Best coffee shop to spend time at in the Castro Valley/Hayward area. The coffee is good, and the staff is always friendly. However, the best thing about this place is how much space they have for sitting down and spending time there. It's the perfect place to work or study from. The Internet is quite fast, and there's plenty of plugs. The tables and chairs are comfortable, and in general it is quiet. It's in a church, but it's very welcoming to everyone. Nobody ever tried to "convert" me in 3 years. The only negative point is the price, what they have been increasing lately. At this point I'm paying more than $7 for a mocha. Also the food options are very limited apart from pastries. Plan to bring you lunch if you're gonna spend the day there

This cafe has a huge drink selection with kind and helpful employees who give great recommendation especially if you are first time here just like me. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the person who took our orders was very friendly and open to all questions we had. Definitely will be coming here to do work in the future and will be coming back with friends!

They serve Verve Coffee and do a good job at that. Pastries are such a disappointment, but I think they would be easily fixed with a little toaster oven. FYI, in case you might have missed this: This cafe is inside the 3 Crosses Church, and you should look that up in case that is something that bothers you. The service is friendly. The ambiance is very nice. High ceilings, lots of tables, lots of charging stations, free wifi, lots of bathroom. Big parking lot. I've never been on days there is mass but I would assume it gets a little more packed.

A friend recommended it, and I loved it.I normally don't drink verve coffee, which they serve here. It's too strong for me, but these people are masters.The place I'd affiliated with a multi church... Look like one too... With an amazing view on top of a hill.Quick caveats, they close at 3:30, and when the service let's out everybody gets in line; but the people behind the tiny counter are reeeeally good.

What a great church with a safe cafe to work in if you want a warm drink or snack. They have ice skating during the winter holidays with plenty of fun things to do there's a free Choo Choo train Christmas lights vendors and food. I'm sure they have many other special events. I want to make it to the services, but they are at 9 and 11 am on Sunday, and I am working at that time.
