I was told each bowl only have 2 spoons of rice even for a 2 item bowl and every scoop after is extra but the math doesn't add up should I just get side orders 1 meat 4$ and 2 spoons of rice 1.90 they make you very uncomfortable to ask over n over even when you ask from the beginning while each scoop is shaked before they put it in your bowl very stingy with everything not a pleasant attitude after a long day work or lunch this chipotle is wrong it taste ok but besides their attitude they don't clean enough tables are always sticky. Trash full lil to no utensils, straw wrappers everywhere and the only 1s that clean the tables in the patio if you didn't notice are the birds i used to come everyday not anymore since management changed awhile back, after contacting corporate realizes they have no standards, well is this way but not really is up to them like if its not here or there its on its way ?♂️ really so why you guys put calories per servings hmmm 420 to 800 in a bowl but 2 tiny scoops of rice and a little portion of chicken doesn't equal to 420 calories. Darn corporate can't stand behind its restaurants they rather say well we hope is this way but they can do whatever they want instead of admitting how wrong they are no wonder customer service is out the door in this place thanks for nothing corporate they follow your standards in service none disappointed that they can't read continuous attitude and lack of hygiene in multiple visits not just 1 time of the week

Nearly broke our teeth on hard rice grains. They replaced the meal but the second meal was no different. Four in our party had the same issue. Problems with quality control. Either uncooked raw rice or so overcooked it was hard. Not returning.

I am one of the few, that up to very recently, had never tried Chipotle. I finally tried their steak bowl with brown rice and everything. It was delicious! Very generous portions! Very fresh! The service was great too! Very efficient and fast service. I asked the woman that first helped me if she could recommend what would be great. She advised the brown rice with the black beans were good. I did have mild salsa and it was still very tasty!

Not much to say ordered the burrito bowl the lady barely put any meat on it ask for a litlle more meat she said we will have to charge im like ok but you really didnt add much at all she was rude. I wont go back to this
They are stingy as heck with their meat and get an attitude if you ask for more, even when you have no problem with them charging you for it. A lot of times they don't have enough help so you'll show up to a crowded restaurant with two people working, resulting in a half hour to sometimes even a full hour wait. I would strongly recommend going to a different location.

They were definitely different today in a bad way (burnt taste and not the same at all 01/11The one thing that is truly disappointing is the customer service and interaction. The staff is always rude and condescending.. maybe the staff overall needs a refresher course on how to treat people! Thanks
