It's just a walk up, takeaway place. Must've become that way since the pandemic. Love the food though! The teas are good, and yes, there are other places with higher quality tea, but hey, this place's food brings the rating higher IMO.
This is the go to place for our boba and popcorn chicken fix. They are always friendly, fast, and reliable. They found a way to serve us during the pandemic, made it work and have been reliable since.
There really isn't a place to sit, just walk in and order. We usually make phone orders and the food is almost always ready within 10 mins, no delays.
