Another I-Tea and this one in Castro Valley, Enough parking but so many idiot drivers that can't park here for some reason. The store is pretty wide for a wait area. This location is always busy. The staff are all just for work. No enjoyment to show their customers. This I-Tea is a hit or miss. I love their smoothies and mango drinks. Their drinks never seem to be consistent. Ordered at 7:13 pm online, got a text saying it was ready at 7:43 pm, waited until 8:03 pm at the resturant to get food. Food was somewhat cold when we did get it.

Two things to keep in mind:
1. The lines for ordering versus just picking up food are unclear. People cut all the time and the workers do nothing to stop this. I just had another woman cut me today and the server watched it happen and didn't offer to get my pick up food. Instead, she just took the other woman's order, who got there after me.
