If I could leave zero stars I would. I had to order online being they don’t answer the phone.I get there to pick up my order around 9:00pm. I realized once I got home that they forgot my wings. Also, my pizza and crazy bread were undercooked and very doughy. I called and they actually answered surprisingly. They said they can’t refund me, they don’t have a number to where I can get a refund. So I asked for the guys name & he told me he doesn’t have to give it to me. I will be going back, save your money and don’t order from this place ‼️‼️

Yesterday I came 20 minutes before the time they say they close that was at 9:40 and they are supposed to close at 10:00pm and I had to return home without pizza if they close at 9:40 they should put that time then and not waste the client's time and thus one can look for other

They dont take phone orders while busy (I've never seen them not busy) so don't plan on this location if you cannot use the app.Also, the employee making the pizzas had no gloves and was using her personal phone in one hand while spreading pepperoni..

This establishment is down right awful! I've attempted on multiple occasions to give this franchise an opportunity, but I sadly end up disappointed. The staff here is the only saving grace. However, the location is awful and the inside usually tends to have a foul stench. The amount of times that I've attempted to order ahead through phone calls and yet have not been responded to is completely outrageous. Little Caesar's step up your game!2 star review

I ordered chicken wings, they were cold. Pizza was hot.
Poor customer service, walked in, no acknowledgment of my presence as I wait standing right in front of one of the workers on the Register, and then walks away without taking my order. There was only two other people inside lol, I got there at 8:05 and didn't leave till 8:35. Only plus side is that the pizza is fresh out the oven, so much for HOT N READY.

I couldn't agree more with all of the bad reviews. When I got the I asked if they have pizzas ready and the girl on the register just looked down and didn't answer my question, so I asked again and she just laughed till another girl stepped in and named all the ones they had ready. First and last time I come here.

Recently ordered here a couple times in the past few weeks. Prices are great. But I noticed the last time I went in the workers don’t wear gloves while handling food right in front of the customers. I got really sick. has to be some type of health violation or something, def not cool.

Did a pick up order odered 2 different pizzas one was wrong they said there going to remake it was never done so now have to wait once again to make it it's ridiculous have to wait over an hour.
