I love me a good sandwich in any form and when I was in the area I was surprised to see not too many options in Castro Valley. I came close to giving up and driving away right before I found this Italian Delicatessen. Thankfully it met all of my expectations! These sandwiches are LOADED! They are not shy with the veggies or deli-meat. I tried 2 sandwiches, the Dutch crutch was amazinggg. The sourdough was a true sourdough bread. Loved this place and will definitely come back!

Seriously a hidden gem. My favorite deli in the bay. I usually get triple meat sandwich with their garlic cheese spread and add avocado. Their soup of the day always smacks. Today was a veggie soup sooo flavorful. Friendly service and a great ambiance. They also have a small grocery store inside and some premade pastas u can buy too which i will definitely be trying soon.

I happened upon this place by chance. This place reminded me of a spot I used to frequent when I was younger and wanted Italian food. The sandwich board has just about all your favorite meats, such as turkey, ham, and roast beef. I was more impressed with the selection on grab and go meals and sauces they have for sale in their refrigerators to take home and bake. Before getting in line I take my time and check out their extensive chip and beverage selection. A get a pepper turkey on Dutch crunch everything sprouts salt pepper .
