If you ever read good reviews about this place, I recommend you DO NOT TRUST THEM because most of them aren’t real. I work in Castro Valley, so I’ve gone to this McDonald’s several times for breakfast. One day, one of the workers came up to me and asked if they could use my phone to leave a good review for the restaurant, and in exchange, I would get a free sandwich. Please, people, don’t let yourselves be bought!!! It’s important that these restaurants have REAL reviews! It’s extremely inappropriate for a stranger to ask to use your phone, especially to write a good review of their own store. I find that unethical, and I believe the people in charge should look into it. So to anyone visiting this place, be cautious or at least don’t eat inside if you don’t want to be interrupted by a worker sent by their manager to ask for your phone to write FAKE REVIEWS!

Hey, it's a McDonald's. So the food is what you expect it to be. What stands out here is the service and the awesome Play Place. The place was clean, the service was friendly and prompt, and my kids will play here forever. Best play space in the area.
The staff was rude but probably overworked so nothing personal. Clean store though and easy to move around in.

My kids love the mcflurrys here so much that on this last visit I accidentally ordered them the regular size and not the mini and my son wound up throwing up his dinner and ice cream back into the container. So it was kinda convenient to have a hand held vomit cup after he was done enjoying his favorite dessert!
