Food is Food... service was great but that's definitely depending upon who's helping you because I have had bad experiences also but usually someone's there to help..
This McDonald’s is our Saturday go-to, not for the gourmet (ahem) fries, but for the kid-tastic play place. It’s like a mini Disneyland, minus the long lines and overpriced souvenirs. Recently, they’ve hired a cleaning wizard, who’s always zapping away germs in the play area - a real-life superhero with a mop! The fries? Well, they’re like vintage wine if the wine were a bit… stale. But who cares? The kids are too busy making pals and pretending to be lava-monsters....
If the play place is busy it needs cleaning. Listen to the customer ESPECIALLY if English is your second language. Order was wrong, I didn't realize how big an issue it was. Goes back to listening.
