Went on a Monday evening around 7pm and it was empty. This is located inside of the Castro Valley Public Market along with about 6-8 other businesses. There is plenty of parking available and they even offer additional parking way in the back. The staff member was very kind and patient as we were trying to figure out what we wanted to order. Pretty good selection of special flavored ice cream. Not cheap though at $12 a pint; however, if you aren't picky or allergic, I'd highly recommend the mystery pint at $6 each. I got matcha and ube last time.
