I live this place. The always get my order right and I like how there are 3 different sizes of every sandwich. Also, it seems like their the only ones who sell DUTCH CRUNCH.

Food is usually excellent. They do have one offs where sometimes it’s complete garbage but usually excellent. The kids they keep hiring though are seriously going to run them to the ground. Lazy and racist. I’ve showed up many times 10, 15, and even 20 min before closing just to have them tell me we are closed. They also always ask me “uber eats?” When I show up. They think every brown skin guy is there to pick up delivery. It was funny the first time but I’m like a regular, so it’s starting to get annoying.

I choose this shop 9 out of 10 times because, honestly, one sandwich counts as both lunch and dinner for me. Mr. Pickle’s has a unique menu and ingredients list that I think sets it apart from other larger chains—think Dutch crunch rolls, peperoncinis, avocado at no extra charge in some recipes, and potato salads. My favorite part, though, is the surprise chocolate chip cookie (or sometimes multiple cookies) that I find at the bottom of my bag every time. It’s a small detail, but one that really influences my decision to come back. Many other sandwich shops charge for snacks, but I admire that Mr. Pickle’s throws one in on the house as a light bite. I also appreciate the kindness of the staff at this location and their dedication to preparing every order with the mindset of choosing quality over quantity.

bad service, bad food 0% recommended.

This was my first time trying Mr. Pickles, and I ordered pastrami, on Dutch crunch bread, with mayo, mustard, avocado, pickles, and cucumbers, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, American cheese, with a bowl of macaroni salad. It was a great portion and was very tasty. I received a chocolate cookie that was given with no extra cost. I would recommend it, and I will be ordering here again.

Expensive! We purchased 2 sandwiches, 3 drinks, 1 bag of chips, received 2 chocolate chip cookies free... and the cost was $45 with tip!

Thought about coming here today for lunch. Haven’t been here since they opened, when I encountered the absolutely most rude and degrading customer service ever. I wrote on Yelp and the owner harassed me on Yelp (including telling me to ffing die over multiple messages). Well anyways decided maybe to come again today all these years later, so I checked the reviews first. Thanks to all the great reviews here…I am AVOIDING!! Can’t believe this place is still operating with all these poor customer service reviews. Continuing to never go here :)

VERY poorly managed sandwich shop. Jose the manager needs to attend a seminar on managerial etiquette.Ordered on the Mr Pickles website for a pickup at 10:00am. Showed up the next morning and Jose couldn't find my order and said "can't find it".No apology and took ZERO responsibility for not having my 'group' order for a local medical practice that requested food from this restaurant. I responded with "well this isn't my problem" as he clearly was totally indifferent to dropping the ball on my order. He proceeded to tell the employees making the sandwiches to "take all the time you need, don't hurry this customer's order, he is rude"... Couldn't believe this guy. Fortunately a young lady who worked behind the cash register smoothed things over with greater finesse. Btw, that girl could run circles around you Jose.Contact corporate as I did to let them know which locations (like this one) have gone awry!I suggest that if you're hungry in CV, bring your business elsewhere (like Luccas Deli (across the street). WAY better food and exceptional customer service.
