Ramens 101 is a small, quick ramen noodle franchise with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly, but the ramen might not be unique enough to justify a visit. The black garlic ramen, in particular, could benefit from more intense flavors in the broth and stronger miso taste. Despite this, the soup base and noodles are still decent.
