The staff are great, but the ramen is something that anyone could make at home. If I’m going to a ramen shop, it better be something that I can’t find anywhere else! ?With that said, I would recommend them putting more flavor into the ramen broths because they taste plain. The blackened garlic should certainly taste blackened. The miso should taste stronger. ??

Small ramen restaurant. This is the third time here. The ramen soup and noddles are pretty good. This is a a franchise for quick ramen noodles. The place is not that busy but three tables out of 10 tables. This time with a friend and we both ordered black garlic ramen, mild spicy. Soup base is pretty good and noodles are pretty good. Noticed the bowls are about the same as before but less ramen more bean sprout and also less meat. But the the price $14.50, pretty good.

Speedy service, delicious food, large portions, and plenty of tables. I ate here mostly alone, which is a shame--the place deserves way more business. They were even willing to remove the soft-boiled egg from my tonkatsu ramen! If it has any flaws at all, there isn't an eye wash station when spicy broth gets in your eyes while eating the amazing ramen!

Broth was extremely bland. Food was not as fresh. Requested no tofu and got tofu ,ordered vegetable broth and got tonkotsu.Called them and said they couldn't do anything about it. Ended up tossing everything away, if I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed as I always enjoyed the ramen here.

Ramen 101 is normally my hubs and I's local go-to ramen spot. We've never eaten inside the actual restaurant, but the DoorDash takeout generally goes well. We like their miso both and black fried garlic; always a tasty situation. Their presentation appears together and well executed. I never have issues and the food always arrives hot. My only tips would be to added cilantro as an addition along with an option for thinner ramen noodles. I am not the fat ramen noodle girl and neither is my husband. We like thinner noodles so that should definitely be an option. In addition, we are pretty versed ramen eaters and this is the first time that cilantro wasn't an option. I really need Ramen 101 to rethink that. Other than that-- we're all good. I gave them a 3 star rating for now because I've never been into the establishment, so I can't offer an honest and legit perspective about the service and ambiance. Nonetheless, the ramen is decent and serves as a cool go to for a satisfyingly warm soup.

Service was excellent but the ramen was terrible. Noodle was soggy and soup tasted like instant noodle soup.

I visited last weekend with my grandfather, and he ordered the hot stone bibimbap. It was perfect for the cold weather and the sauce had a good level of spice that even I can handle. I ordered the shoyu ramen with pork and it had great flavor. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick delicious meal.

In the Falls advertisement, it says lumpia, but it’s not lumpia; it’s egg rolls. This place used to be my favorite, but not anymore. Definitely, the new owner stinks.

A great discovery!Simple place and affordable food.Parking: The parking right in front of the restaurant is limited, but there's a huge free parking space just a few feet away.

This used to be my go to favorite!! I’d eat here often! After new ownership recently it’s more expensive $20 a bowl, the chicken tastes like it was microwaved, noodles taste old and feels like a plastic texture. I miss the old ramen bowls. Also your employees all look like they hate their lives. Now goes the search to find a new favorite.

No frills lunch spot. Quick, simple, gets the you in and out quickly. You order at the cash register and staff will bring food out to you. I've been to multiple locations and it's your average quick ramen.
