I've been a customer for a couple decades plus and always had a excellent experience, The staff was professional and the salad bar vegetables are fresh and crispy. My favorite XLR pizza King Arthur's combination was very great tasting and the balance of flavors was perfect in my opinion. It is expensive, But the eating experience is worth the price. And the ingredients they use is top of the line, You can taste the difference compared to other pizzerias.

The pizza was excellent and most of ALL the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!!! THE YOUNG LADIES AND THE ONE OLDER LADY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T HAVE A BIG PARTY THEY WERE SOOO AWESOME WITH THEIR SERVICE AND CARING FOR OUR EVERY NEED!!!

This will be the second time I've been there within the last month. I just want to say your employees Abigail & Jizelle are totally awesome. ????They're very professional but polite at the same time. Abigail knew exactly what special I was referring to. Employees like that is what makes the experience special.Shout out to Abigail!!!❗ and a shout out to Jizelle who prepared my order !!! ❗With that being said this place is also very clean and the food is??????

Background: I want to preface this review with I RARELY give a 1 star review. Came here Friday 2/2/24 for my daughter's softball team gathering. 3 of the 5 people in our family have celiac disease. Literally every pizza restaurant I've been too from chain to mom and pop from Bay Area to small mountain town offers a gluten free option. For this place a major chain in the bay area to not offer a gluten free option is flat out inexcusable. All the video games are turned off as well. Beer options are complete crap with cups over most taps. This place is an absolute 0 star dump. Support the locally owned pizza spots.

We went here after my son's kindergarten graduation in May. We were disappointed to find out that the majority of the games did not work and have a sign that says play at your own risk. Fast forward to November, the same games, the same signs, none of them work. Just put Out of Order signs and be honest.

Every time I call this location I'm on hold for long period of times until I just have to hang up!!!!! When I go into this round table they never even have customers, how is it that I'm always on hold but they are never busy? Lol do NOT RECOMMEND
