Ordered online a footlong. Requested each half to be wrapped separately. Requested extra lettuce, tomatoes, tomatoes, less mayo, and salt was not requested. None of that happened. The sandwich was so salty that I threw the other half away. Worse Subway sandwich in the 20 years as a customer. The added wasted a $2 cash rewards. I have no plans to order online at this location.

Good place during the hours of 10am–3pm, but after that they have 15 year olds working there chatting with friends and touching their phones (ew). Never, ever trust teenagers handling food. Never.

I ordered the Beast sandwich which is supposed to have 1/2 pound of meat, and this place put a lot less than that, isn't that false advertising?

If I could give zero stars I would. The people who work here are very strange and have extreme difficulty fulfilling orders. Everytime I go there I get a different price for the same sandwich. Subway needs to start inspecting these rogue branches for quality. Thos place is horrible and the service is scary bad.

The subway on E Castro valley is the worst one I’ve ever been too, almost stopped going to subway altogether because of that location- found this place and it’s been SOLID every single time. Everything’s always been perfect and made on time. If you’re looking for an alternative subway because the one on E Castro is so awful, you can stop looking and just go here.

Apparently Subway has a new method of adding condiments, in particular the mayo and mustard...wait for it.....AT THE END OF CREATING THE SANDWICH! I almost puked when after added the salad, tomatoes and veggies the person preparing the sandwich began to pour mustard and mayo directly over the salad, and not, I REPEAT, not the bread.....ONE WORD: DISGUSTING!How can Subway allow this to be their standard? That's insane! Again, I almost puked while my sandwich was being made. Gross!
I dont usually go to this location. This subway is struggling with business. They only put 3 small pieces of meat on my Senior moms sandwich. They took her change and put it in there tip jar without asking. I felt like they were taking advantage of elders in this location.
