I looove acai bowls and unfortunately didn’t like the texture of the bases here. The service here was excellent, workers very kind and answered all my questions. But we sadly couldn’t finish the bowl 😬 good value for the price tho! Can’t speak for the other items on the menu.

Super healthy, flavorful, and filling! Best tip is to order online in advance to avoid the wait.

The first time I went was Pretty awesome. I’ve had about 10 times Total,Since the First time it’s been inconsistent and this last time the day before Christmas Eve, it tasted like they added sanitizer. Not helpful When I am trying to get my kid to eat more healthy foods.

I love açaí bowls. It’s the only place close to home that sell it. The food is awesome. If you are coming to this place prepare yourself, there’s no one at the door, they are always busy inside the kitchen. Also, bring your card, don’t make the same mistake as I did. Or order Doordash pick up.This is the second time that I go to this place. The first time I went, I did my order straight to the Kiosk, but at the end they don’t give you the option to pay with cash. So I had to re do it again. My suggestion is that the Kiosk has to have an option to do the order and then do the payment in cash with the cashier.

The workers here are slow and not very friendly. But the bowls are good. But it is expensive.

Got the avocado power toast and peanut butter power toast. When I opened them up they were both on raw, untoasted bread. It’s like some kind of joke. It was too awkward to walk back and say, “why wasn’t my bread toasted?” Just won’t go back.I don’t know how you can have toast on the menu but serve untoasted bread unless you want people to stay away.

Usually, I don’t see too many people coming in and out of here when I’m around. Certain employees were great and others were not so great.Anyhow, the food and drink are pricey but healthy and good tasting.

The owner was a delight and provided stellar customer service. I felt at home and was able to connect on talking about our dogs. The conversation was light and very genuine as another customer came in she kindly advised the other customer “I’ll be with you in just a minute “ and finished my order for me and my mother. The cook in the back came out and provided the food ordered swiftly . The customer service made my experience that much greater ! I wish more people were like this but I’m thankful for anything good I receive .

My son was really excited to try a vitality bowl. We waited about ten minutes before we were greeted. We then stated we needed help. She supported us for ten seconds before heading back into the cooking area. At first, I thought she was alone but there were two other employees. When she tried to help, she got frustrated by a simple request which ended up costing us $8 for a simple apple juice. When we did receive our order nearly a half an hour later our Acai bowls were good, the smoothie was bland, and the apple juice was expensive. I had hoped for a good experience, but we won't be back.

For whatever reason it takes a really long time to make the smoothies, and they're not really sweet. I'm not sure if it's because they're busy but one girl was ready to tell me off because I was trying to get her attention while she was taking another order. That could've been avoided if they let the bathrooms stay open. But my biggest issue is the smoothies aren't very sweet and take a really long time to make.

You can taste the health benefits of anything you order from the Vitality Bowl menu. They have a great variety of smoothies, açaí bowls, and sandwiches here. The place is small but kept nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly and relaxed with customers. I love that all their smoothies use either coconut milk or some other dairy alternative, so lactose intolerant people don’t have to worry! With quality, service, and atmosphere all considered, this place gets a definite 5 stars from me.

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids bowl available.

Parking: There are a lot of spaces because the place is located in an outdoor strip mall. It gets crowded easily, but there are spaces outside the parking lot and in the nearby residential areas.

Dietary restrictions: Those who are lactose-intolerant or looking for vegan/vegetarian options are welcome here.
