Ordered through mobile app and made payment twice due to app malfunction. Went to the store and they didn't have my order. Showed the store manager my credit card account that payments had gone through but she had an "i don't care, it's none of business" attitude and refused to give me my order and asked me to call customer service for a refund. I called customer service multiple times and was given the run around. Every time I spoke with an associate, got told the regional manager would contact me, but they never did. Finally, after two weeks and hours spent waiting on the line and talking to different associates, I was finally told the refund will be available for pickup at the store. We'll see how that goes. It's ironic that Wendy's states on their website that they treat customers as family. Yet, I felt I had been treated like their worst enemy, when they were the one that screwed up.

They have new great manager now her name is Christina she was assistant manager where wendys work at Mission Blvd now move up to be general manager to all employees work there just let you know she very nice person if ask for day off she give it to you no matter what she hard working person lot things change at my wendys that work at when she left also got crew manager got from my wenyds her name pati she very nice as well hard working person she can work short handed when there short people at working but miss those 2 Christina and Pati you guys bless to have them as your manager

This restaurant has little to no customer service along with the speed of getting your food out. I cannot believe they consider this fast food, they make you wait so very long and it's so inconvenient in the drive-through to sit there and wait as long as you do. I don't even feel like they care, to let you know anything or to keep you informed about your order. I'm so annoyed with this restaurant and wish management would do a better job to make sure they have accuracy and speed through their drive-through and in their restaurant.

I told them no bacon 3 times. First on the app, then in the speaker, and one final time in spanish "sin tocino" and they still put bacon on my burger and forgot my ghost pepper sauce. Food tastes fine but they're really bad at following order directions.
