Bubba's Bones & Brews - Cathedral City, CA

I recently dined at this restaurant and was blown away by the food. The Mac & Cheese brisket egg roll was incredible—crispy on the outside and filled with creamy, cheesy goodness. My boyfriend and I also ordered the Korean-style ribs, which were tender and bursting with flavor, and the onion rings were perfectly crunchy. We shared a combo of pork ribs and beef brisket, both of which were incredibly juicy and succulent. Each dish was packed with taste, making for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great. Food and service were fantastic. I had the fish and chips which came with three huge pieces of cod. The coleslaw was great as well. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Vanessa was amazing. The services was quick and great. She was very attentive. The food was off the charts! Totally hit the spot! Wish I would have stopped by sooner. Glad I live down the street. Will be back for sure. Will recommend . Keep up the great work guys!!!

I visited without much expectations while traveling in the U.S. and was impressed by how delicious it was. There is no comparison between folded pork and brisket in Korea. I will miss the delicious beer so much that I regret not being able to drink it. I'll come again

Was waiting to pick up someone from the airport and had an hour or so to kill. Stopped in and had a beer then smelled the BBQ. The little woman was coming back from San Antonio TX no less. I took her some brisket from Bubba's and she said it was way better than Texas. Granted...city BBQ in Texas probably lacks compared to the backwoods stuff, but Bubba's was damn good. The beer was cold and the staff was fun and friendly. And only 40 minutes from home. I'll be back!

We went specifically to eat ribs but not great at all, too much barbecue sauce, well look at the photos for yourself, all the dishes are filled with barbecue sauce.

In vacation and came across this amazing buisness. The serive was 6 stars not just 5. It's rare to see that in this day and age. The food is insane, soooo good. I cane with my wife and 3 kids. Ordered everything from chicken nuggets, kids burger all the way to the burgers and pork. Every bit of it was outstanding. I would recommend you check this place out if you are in town. Once again, the service was impeccable

Loved this place! Soon as you walk in you can smell how good it is. Drinks are affordable, food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Loved the brisket and sausage.

Staff works crazy hard l! Ask for Bubba, he's not what you're expecting!

Great southern-style BBQ!
I was craving some BBQ the day after the 4th of July, and I found it way out in the desert in CA.
The beef brisket was tender and soft lathered in their house bbq sauce, accompanied by 1/2 slab of pork ribs(fall of the bone), homemade potato salad with vegetables, and cornbread. Would do it again and again.

We are visiting from out of town and found this BBQ spot. For the locals, this is a gem that hopefully you are trying. For visitors this is definitely a spot to try. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Corn bread and baked beans were super. 4 different bbq sauces to choose from - sweet to spicy.

They also have a decent beer & drink menu. They have 3 of their own beers on tap. While they do not do taps they did let me try their 3 beers. All were tasty.

Friendly and attentive service. Again a high recommendation for this place.
