They wouldn't honor the free burger since I joined rewards those losers. App sucks. No one ever in this store how does it stay open? Food to expensive and low grade. Staff is annoying ? won't eat here any more. No one inside

This is my favorite CJs around this area. Love the charbroiled deliciousness. My food from herr is always fast and hot. Good staff. I must say Carl's jr. all over have an outdated look inside and do not seem deep cleaned at all. I hope this changes.

This location in Cathedral City is not as clean as othersI went back to this restaurant on January 4, 2024. The weight staff was good the main problem I found with this if they are screaming back-and-forth to their team members in Spanish I felt like I was in Mexico because they were not speaking any English, unless it was to the customer , but they were screaming so loud I could hear them in the middle of the restaurant speaking Spanish to each other

Seems like the drive through is never washed down. Google says this place closes at 1 AM I get to the drive through at 12:38 and the automated message says sorry we're closed so I go ahead and pull forward. Cause there's a car behind me. And it just so happens to be a car at the window. If you guys are closed, then how come a car is being served food in front of me at the window but yet nobody was willing to take my order. I get to the window and the person says. How can I help you? I said oh, you guys are closed. You don't need to help me. They said oh no, we are open. I said then why didn't anybody decide to say hello? How can I help you rather than give me the automated message? You guys don't deserve my money. Oh, by the way, Carl's junior's gon to be closing down like majority of its West Coast stores. So all of you, Carl's junior employees are going to need to find a job very soon. I met up with the supervisor of the Coachella Valley district and she was very interested with my application and resume however. All the Hispanic managers seen my white skin. And I got discriminated against so i've always hoped that carl's junior goes out of business and since that experience two thousand sixteen I haven't supported carl's junior as much as prior 2016!Carl's use to be my go to! I'm laughing with glee that the ran down locations by ran down managers are getting shut down!
