Based on the reviews, FiveO3 Pupusas is a dedicated gluten free facility located in the Cathedral City Village Shopping Center. It has great lot parking and a vibe that is amazing as soon as you come in the shop. The restaurant is a wonderful neighborhood place with a beautiful modern remodel and a beautiful, tastefully done bathroom. The staff is very friendly, and customers can watch them make the pupusas fresh by hand.

The food is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. These are considered the best pupusas in the Coachella Valley. The curtido is fabulous: finely shredded, spicy, sweet and tangy. Their home-made spicy sauce is wonderful, but the spicy pupusa is very HOT, so the optional sour cream is recommended. Other menu items include the elote corn tamale, fried plantain empanadas, and tasty coffee. The Salvadoran Horchata is excellent, and the strawberry horchata is to die for. Their agua frescas are a perfect refreshing touch. The menu is not large, but what they have is good and priced well. It is meant more as an order at the front and take your food rather than sit down fine dining. The music adds to the atmosphere.
