Food was good, but the service was not. We had to ask for almost everything and ended up getting sugar for my coffee from the service stand myself, lol no one even noticed. This was 5pm on a Wednesday, not busy at all.
Enjoyed a great late afternoon lunch. Quiet dining room with great customer service. Food, including dessert, was very enjoyable. The relaxed mid-late afternoon setting was made even better by the server who offered great suggestions.
Great service as always with Robert the bartender. We visit frequently and he's always on top of it and has a great attitude. He even remembers our orders.

Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a varied menu with solid food options, including well-cooked steak and Bacardi buckets. The food is reasonably priced, and the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo pasta is highly recommended for its great taste. However, the service can be mixed. Some staff may not appear to be happy, while others, like the attentive server Carmen G., provide outstanding service. There have been reports of food arriving in a strange order, with appetizers sometimes coming out at the same time as main dishes. Overall, Applebee's remains a suitable choice for a family night out or happy hour, especially with its nice warm atmosphere and ample parking close to the front door.
