Edoko Sushi Reviews
Great spot, have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Even when the place isn’t packed inside, they have someone coming thru the door for pick up every few minutes. The food was great and the portions left us super full. Also, try the strawberry 🍓 Nigori!
The place is comfortable and the food is very rich, we were treated very well. It's a place I would go again and recommend to a friend, the only bad thing was that we had a problem with drinks that weren't available.
They give really nice proportions for the price. I would recommend.

Edoko Sushi is a reliable stop for top-notch sushi and friendly, attentive service. Their menu offers unique dishes like Hwe Dop Bob, Edoko Special Roll, and Chirashi Sashimi, as well as vegetarian options like avocado roll and seaweed salad. The restaurant is clean and inviting, with favorites including the Las Vegas roll, deep-fried California roll, and the chef's special roll. The sushi tastes fresh, and portions are generous, like the Salmon Teriyaki Bowl and the 3-choice bento box, which is almost too much food. Even the spicy tuna sushi and garlic edamame are delicious. While service can be slow at times, it’s excellent overall, and the vibes are immaculate. Plan on spending about $50 for bowls plus sushi—it’s not cheap but not expensive either. Vegan options are available, and parking is easy in the large lot. A great spot to refuel, especially before heading to Joshua Tree National Park.
