“My son and I were looking for something to eat before we went food shopping. We didn't know where to go. We stumbled across this spot and we thought we'd give it a try.
Overall we were satisfied. The only downsides were:
- The rice that they served us was basically just an overcooked pile of mush.
- The hummus had no salt and it tasted a little fermented.
However we got the chicken kabob plate and the falafel plate and both the chicken kabobs and the falafels themselves were good. Luckily we had a tzatziki sauce to go with them because the hummus was not really that good. There were ups and downs but overall we were happy. It is also a bit overpriced but it's Palm Springs... If they were just to tweak those couple of things, they would have a hit on their hands.“

“The food and service at Tortillas Restaurant is amazing!! I had the Chile Relleno with cheese (vegetarian options available, which was super nice!) and my husband had the Enchiladas de Mole with chicken - and both were delicious! The mole sauce is definitely of 5-star quality! It was all so fresh and authentic, with the foods being beautifully presented on the plates. I also highly recommend the horchata drinks there too!“

“Super bomb!! My whole family loves this place. The family that owns this little spot are amazing. The food is soooo good! One of the best in Cathedral City. U can’t beat their food and their prices! The burrito n tacos are a major must try! I believe they have menudo n birria on certain days of the week also.“

“I was in the area visiting for a few days and found a couple Filipino restaurants. Meng’s was the best, I went twice to over the 4 days that I was visiting the area and my wife and I loved it. The other place shouldn’t even be mentioned. Meng’s has hot, fresh food cooked daily by the wonderful staff.“

“I stopped in to grab some lunch and noticed they had one of my favorite dishes on their menu. Camarones Ala Diabla, so I thought I'd give it a try since everything I've ever ordered from this place has always been delicious. Well I was not disappointed, there were plenty of shrimp in a spicy red sauce, served with rice, beans and tortillas. The sauce was very tasty without overwhelming me. Definitely going back for this dish and so much more!“

“We’ve ordered from here several times. This is our go to place for excellent fresh high quality authentic Mexican food. Their chicken mole is outstanding, and the chicken fajitas are delicious. The fresh chips and salsa are top notch, fresh and delicious. I appreciate a full serving with rice and beans with each entree. And fresh tortillas. The price is an excellent value at about $18-$19 for each entree. You certainly get your moneys worth. We had margaritas at the bar. They were fantastic!
We usually pick up and take the food home. The quality is consistent and has always been fresh. Thank you! I highly recommend Taqueria San Miguel!“
