“Needs more vegetarian options ? ( As posted on the website). Seems to be continuing to be short staffed. We left a 25 % tip to the server. Love some of the options but/ got a vegetarian..,, little to offer. 🤷🏼‍♀“

“Some of the best food in the valley! The sandwiches taste fresh and the flavors meld together beautifully. The spring rolls and tofu fries are also great! The sauces compliment the flavors of all their food very well. I love love this place. The Vietnamese coffee tasted a little thin this time, but I also got it with 50% sweetness so might’ve been that they used less condensed milk in order to achieve less sweetness. The Thai tea and hibiscus tea are also yummy. I love supporting small businesses and especially those that put love into their food. I’ll def keep coming here :)“

“Wow! I’m so blown away by this PHENOMENAL pizza place. My new favorite! Staff were awesome and I settled on a Hot Honey Pepperoni. I’m normally not a fan of thick pizzas but this just WORKS. I’ve had GOOD pizzas, but it’s been over a decade since I’ve had an innovative one. These are works of art, very well done. I love the rockabilly vibe too. “What a great restaurant that embodies diners from the 60s. We went for breakfast at 7am during the summer, and they weren't busy at all. First off, the pancakes are huge and delicious. All breakfast prices are reasonable. The hash browns were crispy and not greasy. Service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. There are lots of seats around the counter that remind you of soda fountains from the past. If you are not looking for fancy but just good food at reasonable prices, this is a great option!“

“We live full time in the area. This is our go to place for Mexican food. They are friendly, fast and the food is delicious. It is not a fancy place which is what we like about it. Delicious Chili Verde, Fajitas, burritos, etc.
Parking is in front or you may have to park down the street a bit. We'll worth it.“

Instead of heading toward the East side during Coachella, we decided that the eclectic menu here was far superior to unique bite. At 11:15 the place was hopping but we got a great center table. People of all ages love it here. We saw young people ready for concerts and elderly couples and groups. My husband loved the French Dip and he does not usually exclaim with a 5! Our neighbor had the tuna sandwich and side salad. Her sweet petite self had enough to bring half of it home with her. It looked good! My choice was the chicken tarragon on a croissant with those crunchy fries we like so much. An old school charm, consistently great meals and friendly staff make JT's a favorite in the valley.“

We were, thus highly recommend this Islands for a casual, comfortable dining experience.“

“Mario’s was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was authentic, fresh, and full of incredible flavor — easily some of the best Italian food I’ve had in a long time. Every dish came out perfectly and you can tell they truly care about quality. I had the Cioppino and I definitely recommend getting it!

What made our experience even better was the staff and especially our waitress, Marty. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed the entire time. Her great personality and outstanding service made our meal even more enjoyable. Kayla was also awesome.

Sat at the bar Geoff took super great care of us. Filet mignon, wedgie salad, split pea soup. Oh, Did IUmention the AMAZING grilled vegetables. WE LOVE! One of the most outstanding meals we have had. cactus jacks TOP OF THE LINE.

“Possibly the best family-oriented mexican restaurant on the Palm Desert strip. A warm and understanding service staff, as well as terrific music in the evenings that allows the kids to dance and go a little crazy. You've got to hand it to Las Casuelas Cafe, they've kept the music going in Palm Desert. And their serving sizes should be considered large. With a roomy climate controlled porch, it's never uncomfortable. Yup, it can get busy. But I've watched the staff handle hungry chaotic crowds perfectly. That takes experience and a staff that has worked together many years. This certainly must be a tribute to the owner of the restaurant; who really is committed not only to his restaurant, but the community that it serves. But honestly, It comes down to the guacamole, doesn't it? Las Casuelas Cafe has the best!“

“I had the spicy miso ramen bowl. Delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful. Spicy but not too spicy. Noodles were the perfect texture and cooked just right. A tip for the owners, I have driven past this restaurant many times and thought it was no longer open because the windows are so tinted that you can’t see the “open” sign lit up. I would recommend stronger visibility to see that you are open. Loved the robot service, nice touch.“

The food is so fresh and high quality, the service is beyond amazing. They have taken the time to get to know everyone’s orders by heart and even started carrying diet coke just for us. 10/10!“
