I had the spicy miso ramen bowl. Delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful. Spicy but not too spicy. Noodles were the perfect texture and cooked just right. A tip for the owners, I have driven past this restaurant many times and thought it was no longer open because the windows are so tinted that you can’t see the “open” sign lit up. I would recommend stronger visibility to see that you are open. Loved the robot service, nice touch.
One of the best Ramen choices in the valley, though it does not compare to the great Ramen in cities like LA, Portland, and SFO.
This has been my favorite overall ramen place for some time. Always done right!

The Ramen is absolutely excellent, and the place is authentic Japanese from the decor to the food to the staff and the cooks. The little robot adds a fun touch, and the service is extremely attentive, with the food coming out quickly. Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or simply looking for a delightful dining experience, Ramen Musashi is a standout option in the Coachella Valley.
