“This place is my all time favorite restaurant to eat in the Coachella Valley. Buzz always has the best recommendations for beer, the cocktails are fantastic, and the food is always fresh and tasty. We lived in Palm Desert for about 11 years and every time we’re back in town we make sure to come by here to grab a drink and some snacks. We love getting to see Buzz, he makes it the best place to eat!“

“We were here in Palm Desert for a competition and one of our parents recommended we try this spot. Great margaritas and absolutely the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I don't remember the name of the dishes we tried but the pin wheel shrimp and the pork Fajitas are just incredible. If you're in Palm Desert you have to try Guillmores!!! Definitely worth the trip“

Stopped in for drinks and sushi while at the Marriott. Our serving staff and support were Gerardo, another Veronica, David, Ricky and Jennifer all amazing individuals. We have known Gerardo for years and he a terrific individual. The ambiance was upbeat and positive and the sushi quite good.
I often state that people and relationship far exceed the location or event and here at JW you get the best of both worlds. The music duo was good and the food, service and staff were simply amazing. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place to chill, enjoy a few drinks, grab some fresh sushi and listen to live music. Ricky was our server on Saturday night and was very efficient, professional and kind. We have been going to this spot for about 8 years and just thoroughly enjoy the vibe and ambiance. We started with Don Julio Blanco, club soda, 3 limes muddled and mint and then ordered the crunchy roll and jw roll. I also had a ceasar salad. The two entertainers were fantastic and played a wide range of rock and roll and country hits. The customer service and overall experience were simply therapeutic. Highly recommended.“

“Concise Review Great poolside food, drinks, & staff ----- Longer Review We have visited Marriott’s Shadow Ridge in Palm Desert since 2002, and afternoons at the pool, with food and drinks from Chuckwalla Bar & Grill, are a bit part of every trip. One of my all time favorite photos is from a nice afternoon, poolside, several years ago when the kids were little... it was one of our most fun and peaceful afternoons as a family anywhere... the photos is of our daughter, asleep on my wonderful wife, my wonderful wife smiling at me, and our son was on the chair in between us, smiling as he was drinking a strawberry smoothie from Chuckwalla’s... such a blessing. We visited Southern California - Palm Desert, Yucaipa, and Malibu - for Spring Break 2021. This trip we had more activities off-property than usual, so we only got one nice long afternoon at the pool, and RebekahM made it a little extra special. The sun, the water, fun in the pool... and smoothies... such a joy. Before I had a chance to think about it, smoothies were en route from Chuckwalla... strawberry, banana, and alcohol-free pina colada. Rebekah delivered them to us with a big smile and infectiously positive attitude. Rebekah turned the fun up a notch with her dancing and smiling and laughing as she took our orders and delivered to the families around the pool... everyone was extra happy when she was around. “Beautiful atmosphere!! Gorgeous interior and design. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The drinks and service were great! Fabulous DJ kept the music going and everyone was dancing! There is a lot of space and extra rooms to sit and hang out. There is also a back patio for the smokers. Had a great experience!“

“It has a great atmosphere and the music is really good. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the bathrooms were quite dirty — and since it’s a place where a lot of girls go, we definitely expect cleaner restrooms. Other than that, it’s in a great location and it’s a fun spot overall.“

“I worked for Stuft in the early 90s. This pizza to me is one of the best in California. Thanks to Jack Bertram this small chain exists! I live in Sacramento area, but, on occasion I will drive the several hours it takes to get one in Northern California. Try it once!“

“Absolutely loved this sushi spot — such a hidden gem in Palm Springs. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was great, and everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious.

I was especially happy to find a simple Philadelphia roll, which was exactly what I wanted. We also tried the shrimp tempura and a few items from their happy hour menu, including the happy hour tacos, and everything was so good.

If you haven’t been yet, definitely add this place to your list. Great food, great atmosphere, and such a nice spot for dinner or happy hour.“

“Had a fantastic experience at the Hideout yesterday. We couldn’t get a table at another restaurant for an hour so while we were waiting we walked around and saw a guitarist setting up at that Hideaway. They let us know that they opened at 11:00, but the waiter arranged for us to sit in the patio and got us drinks while we waited for a few minutes. The food was very good, my burger was the best burger I have ever had and it came out as ordered (no bun/no cheese). I chose a drink off the menu (Strawberry Mule) and ordered it as a mocktail, refreshing and delicious. The service was delightful and the music lovely. Definitely going back.“

“Went to a 5pm fundraiser. Clearly they let an entire restaurant in early. There was not one seat available at 5. It was already maxed out with people wolfing down appetizers and wine with not one seat open. Not Cool. Clearly the good Ole boys got the we will let you in early memo. Too much competition around El Paseo to ever go back.“

We talked to the owner for a bit and he is such a nice, down to earth guy. Some of these reviews state otherwise but from my experience those people just need something to complain about. Great atmosphere and people. Will be coming here everytime we visit.“

“Agave is a hidden gem. Kevin is an absolute professional and it’s nice to get such good service and quality food in the valley. The drinks are some of the best we’ve had, and we drive from LaQuinta just for the raspberry lemon drop. It’s so good! This place is worth a visit and Kevin will take care of you, it’s a local treasure with seriously good food and fantastic service. Stop in!!“

“The Larkspur Bar and Grill is one of the top five overall restaurant experiences in Palm Desert.(My Opinion). The food is true quality, the staff is attentive to guest needs and the chef's know how to blow your taste buds out of your mouths. Last nights Prime Rib was the best I have had in the desert.“
