Stopped in for drinks and sushi while at the Marriott. Our serving staff and support were Gerardo, another Veronica, David, Ricky and Jennifer all amazing individuals. We have known Gerardo for years and he a terrific individual. The ambiance was upbeat and positive and the sushi quite good.

Aquifer 65 is a beautiful bar and sushi restaurant located in the heart of the hotel lobby, offering a great spot to relax, enjoy drinks, fresh sushi, and live music. The bar features spectacular cocktails, with the highlight being Vida Mezcal, which is absolutely amazing. The drink selection is impressive, and cocktails are expertly crafted with real care. While the service has seen some inconsistency, with some experiences noting slow and inattentive service, the overall vibe remains pleasant and inviting.
Aquifer 65 has been a favorite for about 8 years, known for its cozy and relaxed ambiance. Popular menu items include the crunchy roll, jw roll, ceasar salad, and the don Julio Blanco with muddled limes and mint, alongside non-alcoholic blueberry spritz. The buffalo wings and French fries are also delicious. The sushi is fresh and flavorful, making it an enjoyable experience, though not every dish stood out equally. The ahi tuna sashimi was noted as less satisfying, while the salmon nigiri and spicy tuna roll with Sriracha received positive remarks.
With great entertainers and customer service contributing to an overall therapeutic experience, Aquifer 65 is a highly recommended location, especially with a beautiful bar set against an awesome lobby with views of the resort. It holds great potential, particularly if the service can improve to match the quality of its drinks and food.
