We were here in Palm Desert for a competition and one of our parents recommended we try this spot. Great margaritas and absolutely the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I don't remember the name of the dishes we tried but the pin wheel shrimp and the pork Fajitas are just incredible. If you're in Palm Desert you have to try Guillmores!!! Definitely worth the trip

Fabulous food, service and ambiance. We had 2 different shrimp entrees. The guacamole is excellent. They have 3 salsas, each withbgreat flavor. Highly recommend the green for a little zing. Mix the jabenero with the red sauce for zing and flavor. We will be back for sure.
