“Solid on all accounts! Came here for the first time tonite and enjoyed the experience. My Patron margarita tasted good and I especially liked the glass rim lined 50/50 with salt and tahine. My chicken taco salad was also yummy. Servers were very pleasant.“

“I had low expectations, but the fish taco was extraordinary. Generally, casino food court food (Pechanga, Caesar's Palace, Venetian) is mediocre at best. I ordered a fish taco. The fish was not battered and deep fried. No ... pan fried and not overcooked as is often the base. Well presented as well.“

“We were here in Palm Desert for a competition and one of our parents recommended we try this spot. Great margaritas and absolutely the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I don't remember the name of the dishes we tried but the pin wheel shrimp and the pork Fajitas are just incredible. If you're in Palm Desert you have to try Guillmores!!! Definitely worth the trip“
