I've eaten here at least 20 times. Best burgers anywhere. And all the other menu items are really good. Service is friendly, but not familiar, as it should be. I will eat here 20 more times!
California has a million "burger" places, and most of them are average at best. Tony's Burgers is truly a one of a kind, with a humongous menu, featuring hamburgers, chicken burgers, exotic burgers, mini burgers, hot dogs, salads, specialty plates, and a good kid's menu.
