“We didn't initially plan to go out for dinner but I'm glad we did. Everything was great from the service, to the food and atmosphere. Our server was always a step ahead which made our experience even more enjoyable. She brought the kids plates out at the same time as our appetizer so we could all eat together and they could settle down. She was very attentive and anticipated our needs the entire visit. Definitely some of the best service and food which keeps us happily coming back.“
“We just had a good dinner at Fresh Agave. We had a delightful waitress so Service was good too. We asked for another basket of chips to go with our dinner and we're told we were going to be charged for it. I've never heard of a charge for chips or salsa Mexican restaurant. There were four of us eating, and I commented to the waitress that if we had been two people at a table We would've gotten another basket but she said we would've gotten a smaller basket. I know prices are higher and the menu reflected that but really charging for extra chips? I think that's excessive.“
“Update to my previous post: We've been here several times, but apparently there is a new chef now and allow me to say the jalapeño Swiss burger was one of the best in memory. Perfectly medium rare, carefully prepared. We sat at the bar, and service from Dia was efficient and friendly. Just another reason to dive in at The Fireside.“

“Best food in the palm desert I came here after a camping trip and felt as if I was in a desert oasis. The food was delicious, I licked my plate clean (I got the cheese fries with chili) and the service was excellent! I will definitely come back to this islands whenever I'm in the area again.“
“This is my favorite bar for beer. The selection of beers varies weekly and is unmatched anywhere in Palm Desert or even the Valley. Bar Manager Buzz is well versed in the beers and ales he orders and serves. For me, food becomes second place to the great choice of beers but, it certainly cannot be overlooked. The Kitchen staff churn out delicious meals to compliment the beverages.....love the fish and chips and of course the wings. I am among many beer lovers that consider the Tap-In Taproom their regular "go to" bar.“
“This was my first visit here. I will definitely be back. I loved my burger, my husband had the chicken sandwich with fries served on a wood serving board, and I had the onion rings. Burger was cooked perfectly, and they are also good-sized. My visit was around 9pm and it didn't seem to busy, we waited about 20 minutes for our meal so we watched the giants TV's until our meal arrived. Cost $42 without drinks (we had waters).“
“The place was bumping and very fun. I absolutely love the shot girl Jenn. She had a great smile and was so welcoming. I ordered calamari and chicken wings. The calamari was very tasty and crunchy. The staff at this place is awesome and I always have a great time.“

“I love hair of the dog especially when Ashley is bartending she is such a fun vibe and her drinks are always perfection. She makes me her special drink that I call 'Ashley's bb lemon drop' it's sooo bomb she muddles fresh blackberries and it makes me feel special everytime I order it! I keep coming back for it“
“Service was amazing. The menu is pretty large so it'll please anyone who wants to eat. The wedge salad was probably the best wedge salads I'd ever had. It could easily be a full meal on its own or split between 4 people. Next best was the garlic cheesy bread. I could eat that all day. Drinks are very standard. Don't expect a mixologist but they do have a decent bar and a drink menu. Will definitely come back here if I'm in the area!“

“It's late at night.. and you want good food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? Smokin Burgers is hands down one of the best hidden gems of Palm Springs. If you're tired of downtown and want a laid back bar to sit and chow down please give Smokin' burgers a chance. The service and food are probably the best in all of Palm Springs without the posh attitude or pomp of your typical PS. I highly recommend the Turkey burger which was so juicy and tasty I couldn't shut up about it. Everything is good.. but gosh darnit that was great.. I will try to take a picture of my food before devouring next time.“
