Buffalo Wild Wings offers a casual dining experience with a variety of wings and beer options. The service is generally prompt and friendly, and the food, though not gourmet, is satisfactory for what it is. The restaurant caters to gluten-free customers, with some menu items and sauces being gluten-free, though cross-contamination is a concern for those with severe gluten sensitivities.
The restaurant has received mostly positive reviews, with customers praising the great service, fair prices, and good overall food. The atmosphere is described as not elegant, but not dive bar either, making it a great sports bar. Parking is usually available in or near malls.
However, one customer had a less than satisfactory experience, with their order being incorrect and the food being cold. The restaurant did try to make amends by providing the correct order for free, but the customer felt it was the bare minimum. Overall, the dining experience seems to be generally positive, but can vary depending on the specific visit.
