Not the best for a Carls Jr and was almost empty. The cashier said that it was "okay" to spend that much money on food (it was around $80 for my me, my mom, brother, and sister for what I consider an average family meal), although he was okay and brought our food to our table. My visit to Carl’s Jr. was amazing, and Jose made the experience even better. His friendly and attentive service really stood out he made sure my order was perfect and constantly checked in to see if I needed anything. It’s rare to find such great customer service at a fast-food place, but Jose truly went above and beyond. The food was delicious, with juicy burgers and crispy fries, but Jose's excellent service made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
