Don't buy their pinto beans they rip you off. They cost more than the chicken

Love the food here as affordable as fast food can be. Cleanliness can me worked on but over all tastes good. One thing that may be hard for those that don't like to use technology here you place your order on a screen. You've been warned.

Unfortunately the Guy taking my order was so concerned to add additional items he didn’t bother checking the order before tying the knot on the bag and missed the tortillas last time I came right before closing and I got an entire package of tortillas so I guess we’re even but it’s just not the same without the tortillas crazy right bwak bwak maybe kfc next time the chicken is bigger so 3 stars for you:)

In Cathedral City this location is okey.By far not the best but will prevent you from starving.

I ordered a stuffed avocado quesadilla & got everything but the avocado (less than a quarter slice of an entire avocado was in the quesadilla) However the quesadilla was exceptionally good without the avocado (Didn't need it at all) was great as is.

Chicken bowl was good, bean , rice were nice and hott, sour cream is a nice touch the the bowl itself, it's never a miss with this chicken bowl.

I highly recommend the horchata drink.It Is exceptionally good & tasty, it seems like it's a quality product TBH. I realized it's my personal favorite yesterday instead of soda. It just has plenty of sugar. Make sure to try it (milk, cinnamon & sugar) similar taste to rice water.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options I just wouldn't say they are labeled.

Dietary restrictions: They follow quite well any dietary restrictions you may have.

Parking: They're plenty of parking spaces, & it's a wide open parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly fast food restaurant, nice staff , they don't however have a kid's menu. There's many options for side dishes however that would br great for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access through the side of the building, no signs however of crosswalks. Traffic must stop and allow people to cross.

The food is amazing everytime. The staff always supportive and extremely nice and professional. Honestly one of my favorite fast food joints to go too because of the crew, especially the gm and shift lead Raymond. Always polite and always willing to go the extra for you as a customer.
