“On our way back from Arizona, my wife and I stopped in Cathedral City for a delicious blast from the past. "Capizzi's" was staple in the North-Austin Community and a most anticipated treat for our family and so many other families around the North Avenue and Moody area. Well, all these years later, Louie Capizzi has duplicated the iconic "piece of sausage on every square" pizza, along with a cheesecake line-up that must be sampled to be believed. It was an afternoon well spent. And, if you are ever in the Palm Springs area...treat yourself!👍“

“This is an interesting business that grow only as they figure out how to do something very well. It is a treat to see what’s new and taste your favorites from previous visits. “The chick at the register this morning around 8:15am, is always so lovely. She is awesome. The 4 stars is because they very rarely change up the menu. Like they should have a flavor of the week so there's more of a variety. Like if you come here regularly you get tired of the menu. Also I wish they had slices or samples of the bread. I don't want to buy a whole loaf if I live alone and what if I do and I don't like it?“

“From start to finish, a perfect dinner for 2. Pomegranate Martini and Old Fashioned opened the festivities and were delightful. Oysters on the half shell deelish and the horsy and vinaigrette great compliment. Beef Carpaccio on the money with Arugula and sliced onions and the Veal Meatballs in comfort italian style gravy with Frittes outstanding. Our server Chip was gracious and knows his business. “Big fan of their 9 grain bread. So many so-called whole grain breads taste like air. Not this one! Beautiful texture, aroma (!), and flavor. Their brownies are also dense, with real chocolate taste. Oh, and what I've wanted for years: a soft ginger cookie that actually tastes like ginger!“

“P.F. Chang's never disappoints. We enjoyed the spring rolls as an appetizer, the famous absolutely delicious lettuce wraps and the yummy honey chicken. Restaurant is beautiful and cozy. Love this location. Easy to stroll around after words to help digest your dinner. If you do not indulge in dessert at the restaurant, there are other fun choices close by.“

“A combined birthday celebration and a 50th wedding anniversary. This was a big night out for the four of us, and it was a wonderful evening. Initially there was some confusion with the address and GPS because there are so many places called “Indian Wells”. And the building that IW Live is in looks like a private condo building. Perhaps when it was called Frank’s Place there wasn’t this confusion! Food and service was outstanding and we found the prices reflected the quality. The entertainment started promptly at 6pm. Marc Antonelli and Maureen MacDonald (a lovely Canadian singer!). There are two sets to their program. We wish we could have stayed for the second set, because the set list would have been more to our liking — more celebration music, rather than somber Classic (opera) music and a sad song to commemorate 9 / 11. The Prayer, by Carole Bayer Sager. But the singers have wonderful vocals!
To top the evening off, the staff presented our table with beautiful desserts, one for the birthday, one for the anniversary! Thank you!“

“This guy diner has the ambiance and people. The service is excellence. The hood is comforting n good. It’s not Michelin five star restaurant but fun neighborly gathering for family n friends.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available. From pancakes to omelets. They service plenty. Price is competitive with other restaurants.

“We went to Birba on an exceptionally hot night and sat at the bar. We stayed cool by the misters and had a wonderful evening. The Bartender Lugo was insightful, friendly, efficient and professional. Our food (melon/prosciutto salad and specialty pizza) was amazing and service was well timed. Although not hungry enough for dessert, the menu looked fantastic. I commend Birba for a lovely evening in a lovely al fresco setting. It was also wonderful to be slightly out of town - a little more peaceful than some of the down town settings.“
