I ordered from this place for the first time, I was going to get Pollo Loco, but decided to support a smaller chain. I ordered half a chicken with 3 sides and a tea, as you can see in the pic this is what I received. I reached out to the store sent one of employees the picture( I was under the impression the DoorDash driver ate a quarter of my chicken) she said if the bag was sealed then he did not. Ok! I ordered half a chicken meal, why would you send me this quarter half eaten piece of chicken. I tell you the customer service is terrible, I didn’t receive an apology or not even an offer to replacement it, the attitude was take it or leave it, SMH. I should have went to Pollo Loco, now i’m at work hungry thanks for nothing.
I ordered a mini pack with mild sauce because my son loves the mild sauce. All our rice is now ruined because the sauce we got was spicy intolerable spicy for a 4 and 7 year old. I get some people like that we don’t. Now our food is ruined. Only reason why I am reviewing vs calling is because when I call it auto hangs up. It’s very upsetting. It’s not just a little spicy to where they could tolerate it too that’s why we ask for mild.

Insane pricing absolutely stupid and their chickens are small 2 pounds maybe a little more… No value at all just pretty pictures and smart marketing… There are so many better choices available we will never go back

We thought this place was great! The rotisserie chicken was maybe the best we’ve had, tender and flavorful. The rice was amazing. The potato salad also very good! Salsa was fresh and tasty. Our tortillas were served hot! We were from out of state and so glad we happened onto this place while in California! Very sad there’s not one located near our home, we would definitely be good patrons!
