Their roasted chicken is good, edging out Costco and being noticeably better than Pollo Loco. I prefer to support this place because it's a small local business. However, after I visited this weekend around 7:30pm, I ordered two whole chickens, which came with a large portion of beans, and two small containers of salsa—enough for a quarter or half chicken. The beans, unfortunately, were watery and lacked flavor. It's frustrating to be charged extra for salsa, especially when you order two whole chickens and only get two small containers (around 2-3 oz—not entirely sure). I had to order a larger-sized salsa, and the employee appeared annoyed. The employees behind the counter could use additional training in customer service and a more positive attitude. I also noticed a few chairs on top of tables and a wet, soapy area behind the counter, which might suggest they were getting ready to close, even though there were still 90 minutes until their scheduled closing time. Overall, the cleanliness and preparation area could use some improvement, and given the staff’s attitude, I’m not sure I’ll return to this spot anytime soon.

Great chicken bowl BUT just eat with caution might be some shredded bone in the bowl could break a tooth. Hopefully, they’ll pick the chicken cleaner next time.
Not what it used to be. I miss the shredded lettuce and bigger portions.

This rotisserie chicken is out of this world! After every bite I kept saying how delicious it was! The chicken was hot and juicy and the flavors dance on your tongue. Great portions and very reasonable prices. Great combos and the tortillas are great too! If you want a great rotisserie chicken this is the spot and skip El Pollo Loco. I said great a lot but it’s really great!

This is my first time at JUAN POLLO!!! I got the the brest & wing, with two sides of season rice, 3 flour tortillas and their custom red hot sauce for around 12 dollars. The flavors where delicious, allot of chicken in the breast and wing, meat just falls off the bone (tender juicy soft chicken, the chicken skin super crunchy. I will definitely be a returning customer! 🤤🤤🤤
Customer service is real great, feels family owned, very warm and caring workers. You can tell Bob is very passionate about the product. He said, the wing might look small. But it packs allot of tender meat. I would I would definitely agree. 🍗

I ordered from this place for the first time, I was going to get Pollo Loco, but decided to support a smaller chain. I ordered half a chicken with 3 sides and a tea, as you can see in the pic this is what I received. I reached out to the store sent one of employees the picture( I was under the impression the DoorDash driver ate a quarter of my chicken) she said if the bag was sealed then he did not. Ok! I ordered half a chicken meal, why would you send me this quarter half eaten piece of chicken. I tell you the customer service is terrible, I didn’t receive an apology or not even an offer to replacement it, the attitude was take it or leave it, SMH. I should have went to Pollo Loco, now i’m at work hungry thanks for nothing.
