The first time I tried these paletas were 4 years ago and wow they're the ultimate best! So delicious!Every time we come to visit my brother we at least come by 3 times to buy at least about 30-40 paletas per trip! Many variety of flavors! Not too sweet and not too bland; perfect amount of sweetness to it. I love their cajeta & taro flavor are my favorites! They have about more than 40 different flavors from creamy to watery ones.Private parking so no need to pay for parking. Employees are always very helpful explaining their product. I had nachos my husband had the cup of elote with everything and my son had a cookies and cream ice cream. Son loved the ice cream but chips to my nachos taste kind of stale. My husband's elote had a weird taste too. Honestly disappointed ?

Second visit today, last visit 5 years ago and looks the same, not a bad thing, typical ice cream parlor. Had the pistachio ice cream which had full pistachio nuts mixed in. Great flavor for pistachio too. Too many flavors to mention but they even had Tres Leches, and Queso Cotija flavor but I was too chicken to try.

One of our favorite places for a treat when we come to Cathedral City/Palm Springs - excellent and delicious selection, and great services.
The staff on 1/7/23 was very unprofessional. We were ignored twice and had to wait after being ignored the first time and allowing them to help the customer that cut in front and of us. Then the male was trying to argue because the lady staff didn’t help us twice but it somehow was our fault. To top it all off we accidentally came to this store instead of another one we’ve visited in the past that was nearby. I definitely recommend the other store, it’s definitely more professional and a greater experience than this store.
