Hi Laura, I wanted to discuss my recent visit to McDonald's. I ordered two scrambled eggs and requested a paper box. You took my order without a smile or repeating it back. You handed me a plastic box instead. I felt like my request wasn't prioritized.
I'd appreciate improved attention to detail and a friendlier approach. Looking forward to seeing changes.

This morning I waited in the drive-thru line for about 5 minutes with no response. The inside of the store was closed, so I couldn’t go in. When I asked, “Can you hear me?” the employee said “no” and then completely ignored me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location — the same employee has been rude in the past as well. The service here really needs to improve.

Terrible service, walked in to buy food but had to use the restroom as im a driver, i have no easy access to restrooms. Old Mexican guy with glasses yells at me that restrooms are for customers only and i told him i am a customer i just need to go bad and he said i had to order first or i cant use it, i left and went to target. Terrible way to treat customers.
EDIT: btw i still came back to buy my food after having to run to target. I uploaded a picture of my receipt, hopefully this is good enough to satisfy the cashier that im actually a customer.

Worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. Just go down the road 5 minutes to the next one. Unlike this location they dont open later than advertised or give food poisoning
Super cheap had to beg for more ketchup and mayo. After giving it to my finally they slammed the window on me.

Used app to generate code, cashier couldnt get it to work. Manager overrode it. Tried to use rewards points again the code was not correct item. Obviously a glitch with app, manager insinuated I was trying to scam them, I very calmly and assertively told her she was wrong, and in the most unnecessary and disrespectful escalation the woman pulls out her phone and says she's calling the cops. It was a million miles from needing police intervention. I literally disagreed with her assertion I was being dishonest and she felt that warranted police. Id hate to be that women's significant other. End up in jail for disagreeing with her. McDonalds, you f'd me off for no reason whatsoever. Your app caused the issue but I got blamed for it. There's so many other options for breakfast nearby id encourage you to try them instead. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint and hope this woman is fired.

They make fresh burgers and chicken sandwiches at this location.
Got 2 mcdouble meals and ask for only patty and cheese....it was on drive thru....when i got home...noticed there were no mcdoubles but instead 2 hamburgers with one single patty and no cheese....what a rip off..... Update...i had also gotten 2 extra mcdoubles and those where also wrong... I called and all they said i could go back and get food replaced ...i dont have time for that... worst service...
