Always friendly and always good, this was my first sushi experience and have already gone back for more. It's a simple restaurant with low frills, but a good bang for your buck...

Atmosphere, service, and food all 100/100. Memos sushi is the place to go. I have been here twice now and both times were very pleasant visits. If you go here you have to try the stuffed yellow peppers!

This place had a great service and amazing food. Memo gave us some free jalapeño bombs and they were fire. Thanks memo.

Just ok. If you're into eel sauce, spicy mayo, etc... this is your place. Otherwise, Otori Sushi and Joyces' Sushi offer upscale, quality sushi.

It's a very nice spot right off ramon. They gave us lots of samples to try. And the food was very fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the green tea ??

Review of Memo’s SushiAs a sushi lover, I was excited to try Memo’s Sushi, known for its unique Mexican twist on sushi. The staff’s warm welcome was a great start to our visit. My wife and I ordered three sushi rolls - two cooked and one raw. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up: we received two raw rolls and one cooked. When we asked to swap a raw roll for a cooked one, the manager refused, saying it was too late since the rolls were already served. This lack of flexibility in customer service was surprising and disappointing.Regarding the food, the cooked sushi roll was excellent, with flavors well-balanced and delicious. However, the raw rolls didn’t impress us as much. They were overly seasoned with Tajin, overpowering the sushi’s taste. The cilantro sauce also didn’t add much to the dish. The fusion of Mexican and sushi flavors, in this case, didn’t work well for us.Overall, Memo’s Sushi has potential, especially with its cooked offerings. But the experience was let down by poor customer service and some dishes where the flavor fusion was too much. A more subtle approach to blending Mexican and sushi flavors, along with better customer service, could make a big difference. My rating is positive but cautious, reflecting these mixed experiences.

Where do I begin? I ordered a rainbow roll and vegetable tempura, pretty straightforward/standard. The vegetable tempura was completely undercooked, the broccoli was rotten. Absolutely disgusting. The fish on the rainbow was totally insipid, and mushy. In other words, not fresh at all. I am hoping I do not get sick. And the cost was ridiculous and they charge you to use a credit card without telling you. Just wrong in every aspect. Stay away!

We recently moved to Palm Springs and were looking for an all you can eat sushi. Looks like thats not common here. We decided to give Memo's a try and we were pleasantly surprised. They have a lot of options. The sashimi was fresh, the rolls were delicious and their portions are very generous. We thought it would be another place like Culichitown, IT IS NOT! They have traditional rolls as well as their own creations. The chef sent us a roll on the house to try and OMG. I wish I remembered the names of the rolls we got to recommend but I'm sure all are delicious. Going there for dinner tonight, can't wait to try different ones. Excellent and friendly service too!

Food was pretty good, although the middle of the Horacio roll was really slimy. My fault for ordering the wrong thing though. Everything else was good. Plus, there were mints by the door. Real nice decorations too.
