Waited 20 minutes for a drink. The store had only one other customer in the lobby. They spent time making several drinks for preorder customers rather than prioritizing in person customers. So frustrating waiting for them to make at least 10-15 drink orders for people that haven't even arrived.

Such rude customer service! I've been to so many Starbucks and have always been greeted with a smile. No one here shows any appreciation for the customer. The one guy Gram is what they said his name is, has no customer service what so ever. I'm just shocked at the Starbucks you would get this service!

I felt obligated to pre-tip only to find out 10 min later that they couldn’t make the advertised drink I ordered. They refunded me for my drink, but not the tip. Starbucks has done nonsense like this before and I quit going for over a year, but wanted to give Starbucks one last chance. Now I’m done.
