Good Morning,

I suspect this will be a revolving review as Starbucks tries to change its course. So, I believe they need the feedback of regular customers to help.

This may seem silly. I have a couple issues and one is minor. It's a neighborhood coffee shop. At least that what I think. I go for conversation sometimes, work on the computer away from the office other times or just to people watch. I go 3 to 5 times a week. I get the same drink every time nearly.

My issues are
1. The music these days is too loud.
2. I ask for a tall coffee with cream. --- Today I was told to get my own cream from the bar. I asked for it that was so i dont have to take off my lid touch a dirty cream jar, use my dirty had to put my lid back on that may not fit well the second time and have the new germs on my lid.

I pay $5 for this cup of joy at the store. I have Starbucks pods at my office. A varietyof them actually. I could pay .66 per cup if I wanted to make it my self. That includes cup, coffee, cream, water and a tad of electricity. Please dont tell me to get my own cream. If I wanted that I'd just ask for room for cream.

Starbucks please respond so we know you care!

Went to the location on Bob Hope in Rancho Mirage and they messed up my drink twice. I came here and Liz was ever so kind to fix my drink and made it perfect. Thank you I appreciate you!!

This is the first time ever walking into a Starbucks and not being greeted by the time I walk to the register…. I stood there for at least 1-2 mins before I was helped. Starbucks employees needs to do better all the money we spend with this company

I come into this location from time to time when traveling through Palm Springs. Most of the staff is not very friendly or warm. The lobby and bathrooms are clean, and the retail and food sections are typically well-stocked. Not a bad location to just stop into briefly

I come every day and get my morning starters. Employees may come and go, due to school among other reasons, but I must congratulate to the management personnel at this location for keeping the employees always well trained, making sure customers like me, are always satisfied and happy coming to this Starbucks location.

Don’t order on the app if your in a hurry this is like my 3rd time it showed drink is ready pick up at counter and it wasn’t waited 10 minutes after that and they still didn’t make it had to ask for a refund and people waiting on the app standing next to me had to show it’s says it’s ready for their drink to be made watched the whole drive thru get their order

I typically have great experiences at this location, but today was unfortunately different. My wife and I stopped in around 10:00 AM for a quick coffee date, but the overall service and atmosphere were disappointing.

Staff seemed more interested in chatting about merchandise than engaging with customers. When I asked to use my rewards, the cashier (faux hawk guy)dismissed it with, “It already went through—you can use your stars next time,” without any effort to help or explain.

While the barista who made our drinks was kind and efficient, the rest of the team appeared disengaged and unwelcoming. It left us feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
