We come to Palm Springs every year and this has been our stop for donuts. We have four boys ages 8-18. I gauge how good donuts are by them and how fast the box empties. These donuts are always gone in under a minute. Grocery store donuts?? I don’t get that at all. We just made our stop about 15 minutes ago and the quality is still there. The boys will attest to how good they tasted. All of the donuts were soft and fresh.I did take a star off for the inside, or more specifically, the area behind the case. It is empty looking and in disarray. I do miss the petite woman that was always behind the counter. She was always so sweet to my boys when we would come in. It also seemed to be in good order behind the counter. Not a huge deal but loses a star for that unfortunately. Still, we recommend for the donuts.

I went in at 8am ordered the same donuts I always order. Half dozen. It's always $5.75 however since the man was grumpy and has seen me in my old Jeep as I always back in to the same handicap spot in front of the door, today I drove my new car because I just traded in my jeep and all of sudden the same order of donuts I've always order is now not $5.75 but now it's $6.00. Am extra $0.25 for the same order. Probably cause he saw me in a new car and he hasn't sold any donuts today. Jerks. Won't be coming back. Hope it was worth losing a customer. As soon as I walked in he started talking in his foreign tongue to his wife and then all of a sudden it's a quarter more. Whatever! Next!

Went to pick up donuts. The man there was grumpy. I asked for a specific donut and he said they were out of those. This was at 6 am. I asked for cinnamon rolls and he smashed them when he picked them up with tongs. He put 2 in same bag which squished them even more. My last time going to this shop.

Love this place. I am addicted to their Thai Tea w/ Boba, I will not go anywhere else for it. The donuts are good! I like to pay cash and it is very convenient they accept Visa/MasterCard when I don't have cash with me. The people are very friendly.

First time in this donut shop, very limited selection at 11am. Maybe only 15 donuts total in case. I purchased 2 jelly filled glazed donut. Asian man behind counter told me $2.00. I handed a $5 and he gave me back only $2 change. I told him he needed to give me 1 more dollar. Now he said the donuts are $3, which is outlandish for 2 small jelly donuts! I stood there trying to talk to him and he ignored me and went on and waited on another customer. I thought he was very rude and was purposely ripping me off! I will never set foot in that donut shop again and Hope other people will not waste their money there. The donuts were dry and old and way overpriced.
