The drinks are really good and the place is cute. HOWEVER, they need more staff!! The one guy (I think he's the owner) has no customer skills the girls aren't that much better BUT I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt bc they're not rude but they're not friendly either and I think it's bc all the times I've been there it's just one girl behind the counter taking orders and making them and like 5+ customers. So yeah I'd be pissed too. Anyways, up to you if you wanna check them out but be prepared to wait for your drink for 20+ minutes.

The tea is really good, no question about it. The only thing that is terrible is the service. The guy that helped us had absolutely no people skills. He claimed that his credit card machine didn't work and would only take cash. It took him forever to make our drinks, because he was washing dishes in between. The ambience was OK but we were the only ones there. Sad one employee or an owner doesn't care enough about his customers to make them feel welcome.

Very friendly family run business and very different from your typical tea shops. They offer hot and cold/ refreshing teas and boba milk tea. They have a wide selection of different tea flavors that make it hard to decide sometimes but I like that you might discover something new you have never tried and might end up liking. Definitely worth visiting.

Waited 30 minutes in the store after the order was placed online. This is so ridiculous and the store is empty no customers here. The girl at the register kept telling me she sees the order and it’s not ready yet. I asked her 3 times. Everyone came in and got their orders very quick. I don’t understand why i was treated this way.

Cute boba place in a plaza strip. The interior had kawaii features.Drinks were fresh and flavorful. Boba pearls were not too hard or chewy.Quick service.
Went there 2 times. The first time was awesome. The male staff makde my tea perfectly. Tea was strong. I like that because I want to taste tea. The second time was not good. The young lady made it so light. Thai tea tasted like condense milk. I like this store and want to go back again. I wish they train their staff better.

this a good representation of a young woman who does not want to work at a place but was very nice. she took 30 minutes to make four drinks and one person got a refund and I almost got a refund as we were late to our dinner. My drink tasted like water and even tho the board says 65 cents for toppings they charged 75 cents. I tipped which I regret. I would not hear again especially with the same woman working. This young lady a representation of what is wrong with America work force pay your people better and your people will work better. if you don't wanna work at a place don't work there, but don't make everyone pay for your unhappiness. as customers we are there to support you.

Overall, I was very disappointed. The store is not air conditioned at all. I initially did not mind; however, when you need to sit in the store for 30+ min to wait for two drinks, air condition would be nice in 100 degree weather. The service was not good. People were getting upset because they also had been waiting 30+ min for their drinks. There is only one worker and when there's a line of 5 people ordering, the worker will take all the orders before making one single drink. This means there's queue of potentially 8+ drinks at a time that need to be made. Not a great experience. It was evident that all the customers (17 people at the time) were just sitting idly waiting for their drinks for 30+ minutes.

The drinks were ok but the girl who took our order was rude, didn’t want to explain the drinks, and honestly they just didn’t want to be there. The store smelled like cat pee. My wife and I were disappointed but 1 star might be too harsh. I kinda liked the Oreo drink. The drinks were 2/5 at best.
